The Heart Behind The Educator’s Community
I believe educators and the connections they create are the heart of early childhood learning. When children have a safe, trusted base they confidently explore, discover who they are, and learn how to connect with others; as educators, we have an obligation to guide that journey with care and respect.
I work with services that value inclusion, ethics and community impact, offering bespoke and online workshops, reflective supervision, tailored mentoring, and real‑time coaching and strategies to strengthen practice. I provide targeted support in child development and inclusion and, helping teams create secure, responsive learning environments that uplift practice and foster a connected workplace.

A little about me
Hi, I'm Theodora, founder of The Educator’s Community. After being made redundant from a job I loved, I realised I had deep experience to offer the early childhood sector I care so strongly about.
I support educators to reconnect with their passion by strengthening safe, responsive relationships with children and creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments.
A key part of my work is advocating for educator wellbeing. Through reflective supervision, I provide a protected space for educators to pause, make sense of their experiences, strengthen their professional judgement and feel genuinely supported. When educators feel seen, valued and strengthened, their practice deepens and children feel safe and connected.
With qualifications in early childhood teaching, perinatal and child mental health, an accredited coach for the Circle of Security Classroom program and community services management, I draw on experience across early intervention, community development, coaching and relationship‑based practice to support educators and services in meaningful, practical ways.
Supporting FEFAH and Celebrating Local First Nations Culture
The Educator's Community is a proud supporter of the FEFAH (Fairfield Engaging with Families of Aboriginal Heritage) Working Group.

We support Aboriginal and multicultural communities to learn, connect and celebrate local First Nations culture. FEFAH’s vision is for Aboriginal people to access culturally safe, holistic services that foster pride, wellbeing and inclusion.
