Our services

Reflective supervision

Reflective supervision for individual educators and teams cultivates deeper professional insight, strengthens educator–child attachments, and restores resilience against burnout. Through guided critical reflection we refine pedagogy, challenge assumptions, and translate learning into clearer practice.

Online and bespoke workshops to support professional development

We provide tailored and online workshops designed to strengthen professional practice by addressing the key challenges and topics that matter to educators.

Child development and inclusion

Receive professional guidance on nurturing children’s development and creating inclusive environments. Our support is grounded in evidenced-based practice, giving educators clear, practical strategies that can be implemented into everyday practice.

Realtime coaching and strategies

Enhance your service with on‑the‑floor coaching that puts effective strategies into action where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to explore.

Circle of Security Classroom

Circle of Security Classroom is a research-driven framework
designed to help educators  build secure attachment relationships with children. These connections significantly impact social, emotional and holistic development.  As a qualified COS Classroom Coach, I support educators in bridging the gap between understanding attachment concepts and effectively applying them in classroom relationships. Research shows that coaching is vital for sustained behavioural change in professional settings. The COS Classroom Foundations program provides a strong framework, while coaching services offer tailored support for practical application in real-world scenarios.

We acknowledge the continuing connections and special place of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We walk gently alongside First Nations people across the country, and we acknowledge that this always was and will always be Aboriginal land.
